A Bathing Ape Baby Milo 2008 July Collection
A Bathing Ape has dropped a series of tees this month referencing various brands and icons. Baby Milo is seen in various poses including references to Run DMC, fishing lure brand Rapala/Bape Fish Hoodie as well as Bape’s Panda Hoodie.
Puma Disc Blaze Treasure "The Goonies" Edition
Legendary 17th century pirate, One-Eyed Willie couldn‘t have seen this one coming… PUMA got their hands on his buried treasure map. The actual map that was used by those kids from Astoria, Oregon in the 1985 film. Puma obtained exclusive rights to the artwork and constructed this LE release out of the map on our most iconic runner from the early 1980‘s, the Disc Blaze.It features the infamous Disc closure system, heavy weave pull tabs and exclusive Goonies film logos on heel, sockliner and midsole. The limited Puma sneaker comes in a customized burlap Goonies sack.
Overkill will be releasing the Puma Disc Blaze Treasure "The Goonies" Edition on the 6th of December 2008.

On July 19th the new eYe Junya Watanabe Comme Des Garcons flagship store in Hong Kong opened its doors. Situated at 22 Wyndham Street, the store is close to Visvim, Neighborhood/Wtaps, BBC/Ice Cream and the Comme Des Garcons flagshipstore in Hong Kong.
Yet another Japanese brand that goes to Hong Kong, making it an even more attractive shopping destination. Via I.T

Junya Watanabe Man x Levi's F/W 2008
The on-going collaboration between Junya Watanabe Man Comme Des Garcons and Levi's does also not seem to end this season. We show you one of the first collaborative pieces out of the Fall/Winter 2008 collection. The designer worked on apair of 501's and gives them some nice details, including fabric on the bottom of the denim, on the backpockets, as well as some red stitching details on the front.
The Junya Watanabe x Levi's 501's are now available at Reinforce.
Kaws 500 Years Later Companion
Revealed at this years Comic Con in San Diego was this custom Kaws 5 Years Later Companion by Frank Kozik. Due to its look, it was named the 500 Years Later Companion. So far it is only a custom and it does not seem like there will be a general release. Nevertheless, it's a beautiful toy. Via Art Collector.
Back To The Future Hoverboard Auction
Every once in a while there are some really interesting auctions going on and that is also the case today. The original Back To The Future Hoverboard is being offered. The starting bid is set at 30'000 USD.
"Michael J. Fox “Marty Mcfly” hero Mattel hoverboard from Back to the Future Part II & Part III. (Universal Pictures, 1989, 1990) This is one of the hero Mattel Hoverboards used by Michael J. Fox in his most famous role as “Marty McFly” in the Robert Zemeckis classic 80s trilogy, Back to the Future. Two styles of Hoverboard were made for and employed in the film – lightweight boards of styrofoam construction and thick and durable wood-based props – this example is the latter, and is recognized as the best example of all wood Hoverboards to have survived the rigors of filming." Kidrobot Fall/Winter 2008 Ready To Wear Collection
We give you a first look at the new Kidrobot Ready-to-Wear collection. The bright colors might not be everybodies thing, but we nevertheless find it very impressive how serious Kidrobot took their new clothing venture right from the start. Also the Ready-to-Wear collection is less bright (still bright though!) and introduces more subtlestyles.
Vans Lacey Black/Black
Today we came across the Vans Lacey in a beautiful black/black colorway. Basically the Lacey is a Vans Slip-on with laces added to it. The laces go all around the shoe, usually typical for classic boat shoes. It turns out that it does not look bad at all and especially in this black/black colorway in suede it looks very premium.
The Vans Lacey is now available at Beams.
Original Fake JPP Tee
With the recent release of the Original Fake JPP figure by Medicom Toy, Original Fake has released a set of matching JPP figure t-shirts. The JPP figure, inspired by the Japanese police mascot, Pipo, has been printed onto the front of the tees. Two colors are available and are now at Original Fake dealers as well as Cruisin.

Dorophy Tang - BATBABY
Hong Kong designer and illustrator Dorophy Tang, known for most recently working on an amazing adidas exhibition in the new Beijing Center, has created a set of paintings reflecting much of her artistic style. Working with a traditional Chinese approach, the artwork captures a vintage feeling alongside the use of childsplay portraying innocence within the reinterpretation of iconic figure Batman ,in a salute to DC Comics. Bape Tracksta
The recently introduced Tracksta from Bapesta will most likely not be immune to comparisons from pre-existing footwear styles as it contains elements of Nike’s vintage running styles and the Stab. However for the large and loyal contingency of Bape followers, this presents a new running style which unlike the current Roadsta, arguably takes the low-end approach to aesthetics rather then the Air-Max-esque Roadsta. Three colorways are releasing this Saturday at Bape Hong Kong.

Nike SB Fall 2008 Bag Collection
Previewed by us a couple of weeks ago in detail, the new Nike SB Fall 2008 bag collection has now been released at In4mation.
The collection offers new models, more technical and also more exciting in terms of colors and materials. The Eugene back pack comes in a multicolor version and in all black. Matching they offer small gadget pouches.
New Nike SB Releases
Today we came across some new Nike SB releases over at Active. They got in a new Blazer High SB, Dunk Mid Pro SB and a Dunk Low SB. All three come with good base colors and strong summer accent colors.

the opening of the new 14 oz. store in Berlin. Right in the heart ofBerlin Mitte, close to other favorites of ours such as A.P.C., Nort and Firmament, the new store opened. 14 oz. already existed in Cologne from 1999-2003 and then the founder moved on to start the Bread & Butter tradeshow. Now he has decided to re-open it, but in Berlin. 14 oz. as you might have guessed by the name already, specializes in denim and carries brands such as Earnest Sewn, Atelier LaDurance, Levi's, Wrangler and many others. They also carry other great brands including Dunderdon and Steven Alan.
Bottom line, it is definitely worth a visit on your next Berlin trip.
